Welcome to Black Tea with KiVonShe where, here, you can sip on something that adds to your spiritual, physical, social/emotional, and mental health. No, I'm not a doctor. However, I've worked alongside them for 10 years, have a father who's an Internist, and blessed to have two mothers who are Registered Nurses. Am I bragging? Yes. I say that to say that I am surrounded by experts every day and come to bring you something that will be sure to enrich your life...with guidance of course.
Now, that don't mean ya girl is immune to that sweet tea. That tea that make you wanna slap yo future great-grandchild into existence. But, we get enough of that from The Shaderoom (no shade tho...). I want to create an online health & wellness environment where we, yes WE, are free to explore life, in all it's aspects, through my (and your) experience as a black human being.

This is one of those.
It has always been my passion to create an online space where black people of all backgrounds and nationalities could come to share black girl and black boy joy, black girl and black boy pain, discuss the taboo mental health-like issues some of us acquired through our upbringing, and to just be us: LIT AF!
